Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a bit hot and located next to the housekeeping office but had proper acoustic insulation, making it easy to sleep. On the bright side, my room on the 9th floor offered an excellent view of the city, including the impressive dome of St Isaac's Cathedral.
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were a bit warm at times but overall very clean and lovely, especially the spacious bathroom. There were some minor towel issues, but cleanliness was generally well-maintained. The service, although not overly friendly, was kind and solicit. The staff, from the front desk to the concierge and drivers, were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and polite. The location was excellent for exploring the city, being within reach of the metro, bars, markets, and the city center. Additionally, it was close to various attractions like the Hermitage and within walking distance to many sights. On the downside, the dining experience was a bit disappointing, but the 9th-floor restaurant offered excellent choices and stunning city views. The hotel facilities were convenient and well-kept, making my overall stay quite enjoyable.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were okay, but the carpet could use some updating. The view from the 9th floor of St Isaac's Cathedral was truly stunning. The service was top-notch, with helpful and courteous staff. The location was convenient, within reach of the metro and city center, but there were some issues with noise and neighboring establishments. The dining options were on the pricier side, though the variety was impressive. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms, although not very modern, were always clean and tidy. I particularly enjoyed the excellent view of the city from my room on the 9th floor, overlooking the magnificent dome of St Isaac's Cathedral. The cleanliness was top-notch, with just a few minor towel issues.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was super friendly, though the dining experience left a bit to be desired. The pool area was well-maintained and enjoyable. The price was reasonable, but there were some additional charges for certain amenities like Wi-Fi.
The hotel's rooms aren't very modern but always clean and tidy, being heated rather too well making it impossible to go below 20 C in winter, featuring a double bed with two single duvets. The service was exceptional, especially from the Concierges, Svetlana and Olga, who went above and beyond to assist with various needs. The location was good, within walking distance to attractions and boasting a central area feel. However, the dining experience at the restaurant on the 9th floor was expensive for individual travelers, although it provided great panoramas. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay enjoyable.
The hotel is superbly located in the heart of Saint-Petersburg, with easy access to key tourist attractions, city center restaurants, and a stunning view of the evening church turning golden at sunset. The rooms are very comfortable despite the high hotel occupancy, offering a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The services provided by the professional and attentive staff are exceptional, ensuring a pleasant stay. The dining options, although rich and tasty, could sometimes be fresher. Overall, the hotel offers a great value for money experience.
The hotel had comfy and clean rooms, well-equipped with a desk, TV, minibar, and spacious bathroom. The service was top-notch, especially from Concierges Svetlana and Olga, who catered to our every need. The location was convenient, near the art center of St Petersburg and major attractions. While the dining was impressive, it could get very busy on certain days. Overall, a great stay with minor dining drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, though possibly in need of some updating, were clean and comfortable, with an excellent bathroom and shower. The room attendants were fantastic, and I appreciated the free bottles of water provided and the water machines in the corridors. However, being positioned next to the housekeeping office meant some unwanted noise at early hours. The hotel has a simple but elegant USSR-period luxury style, and I found the staff polite and the spa area with sauna and swimming pool very enjoyable.
The hotel had well-heated rooms, making it impossible to lower the temperature below 20°C, which was a bit too warm for me at times. The room was spacious with a full bathroom that included a tub and shower combination. The room had essential amenities like a desk, two chairs, a slightly dated TV, a well-stocked minibar at reasonable prices.
The hotel offers good rooms, excellent service, a convenient location, and a great dining experience. However, there are minor issues with facilities and parking availability.
The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms, though not fully soundproofed, with clean facilities and polite staff. The spa area with sauna and nice swimming pool adds to the experience. However, some noise from neighbors and the hallway was noticeable.
The hotel offers good rooms, possibly in need of some updating, but with excellent bathroom and shower facilities. The room attendants are excellent, and they provide free bottles of water upon arrival. The hotel's interior matches the rooms, facing the magnificent Saint Isaac's Cathedral.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, though a bit too warm. The staff was lovely and very helpful with arranging activities. The location was perfect for exploring the city, while the dining experience was delicious. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay enjoyable.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with clean and comfortable rooms and excellent service. The location was convenient for exploring St Petersburg, although the dining experience was limited. The facilities were well-maintained, and overall, it was a good value for money option.
