The hotel's rooms aren't very modern but always clean and tidy, being heated rather too well making it impossible to go below 20 C in winter, featuring a double bed with two single duvets. The service was exceptional, especially from the Concierges, Svetlana and Olga, who went above and beyond to assist with various needs. The location was good, within walking distance to attractions and boasting a central area feel. However, the dining experience at the restaurant on the 9th floor was expensive for individual travelers, although it provided great panoramas. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay enjoyable.
